Scanner does not work due to not connected to the parallel port.
Cause:
Not connected to the parallel port.
Solution:
Connect to correct parallel port on computer.
1) Turn the computer off.
2) Locate the parallel port.
NOTE: The parallel port is usually a 25 pin connector. Refer to the manufacturers manual to locate the parallel port.
3) Connect the scanner cable to the parallel port.
